In Adam's words:
"When I met Noel it was just an ordinary day, no bumping heads by accident or crashing into each other and spilling our coffees or getting into the same cab at once.....just mutual friends and circles.....nobody thought much of it and although I would love to say that our love story had a romantic fancy beginning it was just two people meeting through friends, on a random night in December 2011....but that random day entwined our lives together from there on.
Noel was planning on moving from Miami around the time we met to start a new career and a new dream in The Big Apple, and although to this day she still proclaims that her meeting me had nothing to do with her altering all her plans, but all the same 3 weeks after she left, Noel decided to come back to Miami....I personally still live with a small portion of me believing that I had at least something to do with it, and when she did it didn't take long for us to appreciate the connection we had between each other. I knew she was the ONE for me, and although I would love to sound less cheesy but I just knew.
Three years later we were full of the most amazing experiences together, both of us filled with wanderlust, we had ticked off many places, countries and travel experiences but all included our closest friends. The next thing we wanted to tick off our bucket list was an amazing unforgettable trip, just the two of us. So we started planning, and since Noel had backpacked the globe earlier in her life, trying to figure out a country to go that neither of us had gone to but both of us wanted to see....and that is how we decided that Greece was the place for us to live our own personal, adventure.
In May 2014 we tried our hardest to make our dream happen, but due to work, schedules and obligations it just didn't so we set it aside, or at least Noel thought so, because it was always at the back of my mind.
Exactly one year later, in May 2015, Noel made a subtle comment again about going to Greece and that was all the spark I needed to start planning everything. I already had my heart set on the perfect hotel from my previous researching and it was Santorini Grace. So I began planning our entire trip solely on the availability of the specific hotel... I wanted their pool view and their location to be part of our trip together that we had wanted to do for so long....and as soon as I had the reservation locked I started planning the way I wanted to propose.
I wanted to make a grand proposal thus for me Noel deserved simply the best and I wanted to offer her everything possible and although I had plenty of ideas of my own, it was still hard for me to make everything a reality without help, in a foreign country......that is where Studio Phosart and their whole amazing team began to be a part of our lives and our big Greek Adventure. I still remember our first skype meeting and the collaboration turned out to be nothing but perfect. Everything this time was going according to plan.... I had needed a team to help me with my proposal and I had found the best team possible, Phosart team.
We had thirty days to put it all together. Oh, and I still had to get the ring. (Thanks to my sister – the only person who knew the plan - for that help)!
Together with Studio Phosart we brain stormed and they helped me come up with the perfect proposal, a big production for the woman I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. They helped me organize absolutely everything... I would take Noel on a helicopter tour of Santorini Island which would end in Theros Beach where there would be horses waiting for us to take a romantic horse ride, just the two of us, by the white washed cliffs of Vlyhada... where the horse ride ended a path with white lanterns awaited us to follow it and at the end of it our names were written with white pebbles in the sand.... that is where I would get down on one knee and proclaim my love to Noel and propose....fingers crossed that she would say yes and a romantic dinner on a natural terrace on the cliff would await us....
On the day of the big event everything went according to plan, the team from Studio Phosart was amazing and organized....with drones, hidden microphones and even photographers following us in secret from a boat...
We arrived in Santorini late in the morning on the day of the big event that would alter our lives. We relaxed by the pool, starred at the Santorini cliffs, sipped on champagne, and I smiled as she had no idea what was about to come next - she thought we were just going for dinner . . . "
