Rosalia and Riccardo met in July 2008 at Rimini, a city in northern Italy, near the sea. During a summer night, an event took place that would merge their lives forever! Rosalia's DJ brother was to play Japanese music at this event. As both Rosalia and Riccardo are fans of this kind of music, they eagerly attended the event! A few months later Riccardo asked Rosalia to go out with him and she accepted. The date was a hit and fast-forward to 4 years later, after meeting each other in one's city or the other's, Rosalia decides to move in with Riccardo at Reggio Emilia. In 2014 they discover the island of Santorini and fall madly in love with it! So much that they decided to go there every summer. It's like their second home, everything seems so familiar. December 1st 2017, Riccardo asks Rosy to marry her in London, at Leicester Square near the Christmas markets. It was a wonderful surprise! They quickly decide that the perfect destination to get married is the place that always made them feel like home: the blue island of Santorini. The most basic ingredient to the perfect wedding is definitely love! Rosalia and Riccardo's love story is very sweet, but taking a look to their wedding film, you can see that we're not exaggerating when we say every couple would dream to live a day like this!

Our beautiful bride, Rosalia is a fashion designer and that's a perfect trait if you want to design your own wedding! To be exact, she designed the bridesmaid's dresses, all of the reception decoration and set-up & her Frida Kahlo inspired appearance at the reception dinner! In a few words, she was the wedding stylist & designer of her own event! She supervised every little detail and let us tell you, the result was stunning!
Can't take our eyes off the gazebo flower decoration, filled with red roses, lemons and white flowers! Inspired by Sicilian countryside, this is one of the most extraordinary destination weddings we've ever seen! Not to mention Riccardo, the most stylish groom ever!!! Nor the reception table decoration, where deep red fabrics accompanied by dark green leaves and golden serving dishes & cutlery, made the best tableware of the year!
